Lean sausage has the same flavor profile as the original sausage, but with no pork backfat added. The only fat you see will be the small amounts that are naturally on pork. The texture is a bit tougher, but the macros make it worth it.

Frozen, 1 lb (approximately 8 pieces)

Ingredients: Pork, Natural Hog Casing, Sorghum Wine, Sugar, Salt, Monosodium L-Glutamate, Cinnamon, Licorice, Star Anise, Cloves, <2% of the following: Sodium Erythorbate, Potassium Sorbate, Cochineal, Sodium Nitrite

Cooking Instructions: Cooking instructions: Defrost if frozen. Cook in a well-greased pan or grill over medium heat for about 10-12 minutes, until skin gets crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F
