A spicy variant on our original with the addition of Thai chili and cayenne pepper. It has a mild-medium spice level and pairs perfectly well with raw garlic slices and steamed white rice.

Ingredients: Pork, Pork Backfat, Natural Hog Casing, Sugar, Thai Chili, Salt, Cayenne Pepper, Peppercorn Powder, Monosium L-Glutamate, Cinnamon, Licorice, Star Anise, Cloves, <2% of the following: Sodium Erythorbate, Potassium Sorbate, Cochineal, Sodium Nitrite

Cooking Instructions: Cooking instructions: Defrost if frozen. Cook in a well-greased pan or grill over medium heat for about 10-12 minutes, until skin gets crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F
